Puppy selection order is determined by the order in which deposits are received, with separate reservation lists for male and female puppies.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy and will be applied toward the total purchase price.

• Londyn puppies: $4,500

• Breeding Rights: $5,500 (available only to approved AKC breeders)

• Delivery: Available for an additional fee. Please contact us for delivery options and pricing.

Breeding Rights

Puppies sold with breeding rights are available for $5,500 and are offered only to approved AKC breeders who demonstrate a commitment to responsible breeding practices and maintaining the highest standards of the breed. Approval is required before breeding rights will be granted.

From the day they are born, our puppies are raised as part of our family. We spend time with them daily, providing early socialization with both children and adults. They are also introduced to our adult German Shepherds, helping them develop confidence and learn appropriate canine interactions from an early age.

As the puppies grow, we carefully observe and evaluate each one individually and within the litter. This allows us to develop a thorough understanding of their unique personalities, temperaments, energy levels, and natural tendencies. Our goal is to help match each puppy with the family and lifestyle where they will thrive.

At approximately 6–7 weeks of age, families who have placed a deposit are invited to visit our home and spend time with the puppies. For those who are not local, we are happy to arrange a video call so you can meet the puppies and discuss their individual characteristics.

During the selection process, we will share our observations and recommendations regarding which puppy or puppies may be the best fit for your family, lifestyle, and goals. While the final decision is yours, we reserve the right to decline a placement if we believe it would not be in the best interest of either the puppy or the family.

Puppies are ready to join their new families at 8 weeks of age, and we remain available as a resource for our puppy families long after they go home.
